The Metro Transit Authority of New York city had a problem in 2017. The website was overwhelming with content while being hard to navigate for quick travel information. Creating full user experience process, I researched, created personas and defined how they use the MTA in New York City. The main feature of the redesign is focused on how to get from A to B efficiently without hassle.
